DownloadRMGNA has a diverse collection of documents, such as decades of meeting minutes, and items such as celebatroy teaspoons, currently stored in a number of sites including RMH Parkville, Jane Bell House and some private homes of former & current committee members. We don't want to lose these valuable items so need to start archiving them for everyone to explore and enjoy.
Victorian Collections is a free collection management system where employees or members of organisations can be trained to catalogue, digitise and upload records to the Vic Collections site.
If you want to join our Archive Group, please email your expression of interest to: rmhgna@outlook.com and register for one of the Victoria Collections "Getting strarted with VC" workshops. The next workshop is Getting Started with VC Wednesday 14 May 10:00 - 1:30 via Zoom.
Other workshops can be found on the AMaGA Victoria site: https://www.amagavic.org.au/events
We do not have any graduate-specific events booked for 2025 as the RMH Nursing Education Department has asked us to change our focus to all RMH nurses. We will let you know if this situation changes.
We hope to be invited to provide members to represent the Association on a Career's Panel at a number of graduate study days in September & October 20025. If you wish to be one of our representatives, please email rmhgna@outlook.com & we will send you details when we know them!
